Returns Exchanges
At Majid Al Bassami Agricultural Nurseries, we are keen on the satisfaction of our customers, and we work to ensure that the products arrive in excellent condition, the following is our approved exchange and return policy:
- Exchange or return requests are allowed within 24 hours only of receiving the order.
- The product must be in its original condition, and has not been used or modified.
- Exchange or return includes products that were damaged during shipment or arrived in an improper condition.
- The customer is responsible for communicating within the specified period, and proof of status is provided (a clear copy of the product upon receipt).
